NATIONAL EXAMINATIONS COUNCIL OF TANZANIA

Today, October 29, NECTA has announced the Results of the Seventh Grade 2024-2025 (PSLE), Tanzania National Examinations Council (NECTA)

The National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) has officially announced the results of the Class Seven Examination (PSLE) for the academic year 2024-2025.

Achievement Statistics for the Year 2024

Dr. Said Mohamed, the Executive Secretary of NECTA, announced that a total of 974,229 candidates took the test, and 80.87% of those candidates have passed, thus completing primary education successfully. This achievement has increased by 0.29% compared to the previous year.

In those figures:

Boys: 449,057 candidates passed, equivalent to 81.85%. This shows that the achievement of boys has increased by 1.26%.

Girls: 525,172 candidates passed, equal to 80.05%. However, the achievement of girls has decreased by 0.53%.
